Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
